Thought I'd chime in since I experienced the same issue. As someone else pointed out, the sound is almost exactly like baseball cards in the spoke of a bicycle. Fast clicking when cornering, seemed to be coming from just the right side of the front end and could be heard when turning in either direction, but possibly louder when turning right than left.

The dealership confirmed the noise and immediately replaced my front rotors. They explained that the rotor is multiple pieces and if there is the slightest of play, it makes this noise. They claimed it's not a safety issue and the rotors would've performed, and lasted, just like a non-clicking rotor, but that they replaced it under warranty anyway.
