Online and shipped in the USA. I ended up shipping it to a Kinek point. I usually do this to save on shipping and duty when I make trips to Buffalo.
If I recall, this part was not available on some Canadian BMW dealers systems. I would still call around and ask though, this may have changed. I ordered and installed it this April.
