Spark plugs are an inspection 2 item, imo, so unless you happen to be coming up on that for the second time as well, I'd skip it. Same with diff and trans fluid. Though, that assumes you haven't been skipping those things until now...

On the NA car's the spark plugs are good for 100K miles. I would have had them changed a long time ago IF it were my car. For turbocharged models BMW says every 45K miles. I would half those mileage recommendations IF it were my car.
