north andover boarders andover, and most corrupt town in the whole Massachusetts :Lawrence (if you knew what i knew) so i'd say it's less safe than lincoln or Lexington area, anyway crime rate or not, my point was that it's was a warning from Vik, not like he's stopping you from going anywhere by popping your tires or what ever, no need to be offensive to a warning, I personally don't think north andover is safe too with 197 property crime listed last year it's enough for me to double check my lock before i leave the car.
