It probably came with MTF-LT-2. But that has been replaced by MTF-LT-3 and then by MTF-LT-4. I suspect that MTF-LT-5 (or LT-6 as some have said BMW has gone too) could be the latest fluid BMW recommends. I assume you have a manual gearbox right?

For your diff use Castrol SAF-XJ 75w140 synthetic gear oil. You need 1.5L for the diff and 2.1L for the trans(MTF-LT-5). Btw... you could also use Redline ATF D6 for the manual trans oil.
