My meticulously clean 2009 BMW 135i for sale in Washington, DC. I am a clean freak and you will not find a better looking interior on a car with 49,7xx miles. Car options are Auto Transmission with Steptronic, Sport Package, Navigation (2nd gen iDrive), and Satellite Radio. These options are the true package when it comes to worry free enjoyable drives. Only mod is 25% tint all around.
Odometer reads 49,705 and I will try and keep miles off so the new owner will have a few hundred miles of piece of mind with the maintenance/warranty and be able to buy the extended warranty if they so choose. Warranty is good to 50K or 5/30/2013.
The stock BMW 264s wrapped in summer tires; Continental ExtremeContact DW with 6/32 tread left all around (about 50%). These are some of the best summer tires out there.
I am the second owner. The original owner bought it on 5/30/2009 and lived in Houston, TX. He traded it in late 2010 because he got his wife pregnant and needed something larger. I bought it in December of 2009 in Texas with 18,xxx miles and has been with me in Texas, Virginia, and now DC since. It has always been garaged. I am selling because I recently moved to DC and I now ride public transit to work every day and it is just sitting in my apartment garage being under utilized.
As far as maintenance goes, it has been taken to the BMW dealer for every service on schedule and was just recently taken for its regular checkup and oil change (in between schedule so it did not re-start timer). Both front and rear brake pads were replaced fairly recently. Front brakes have 50k miles left on them and rear brakes have 47k miles left.
I'll deliver to anyone within 400 miles of Washington, DC (might put it over 50k mile though).

The Winter tire/wheel set is 17" "Sport Edition F10" from tire rack wrapped in Dunlop Winter Sport M3 (215/45/17 all around) with around 40% of tread left. Mounted WITH TPMS sensors. I bought the winter wheels w/TPMS from tire rack in November of 2011 for $755 + the cost of the tires.
