Yes he has the full system including the downpipes. You can't compare volume between videos. The difference comes from mic recording levels, distance from car, quality of mic, location/surrounding objects that reflect sound, and post processing levels. There are way too many variables to compare exhaust sound from different videos. That's why everyone always says you need to hear them in person to really make a judgement call.
