9.5" et40 is a terrible fitment.

Are you trying to buy an off the shelf 19x10" wheel? You will have to go custom as the 1 series rear offsets are not similar to any other BMW model when going that wide. The offset would have to be high around 50-55~ with a stretched tire and fender rolling depending on how clean you want it vs. poking (which is a result of poor offset choice vs. doing it right in the first place)
