Number 3, what exactly are you competing for? I don't even consider our cars super fast. With that said, pulling on a Nissan Maxima or a volvo is not going to make me feel any sense of accomplishment.

Okay well in the rare case that someone is driving an exotic car down 35 in texas near waco Im not going to try and pass them since I probably wont catch them if they fly by me 80 over.
2. its just a habit, Im not saying Im checking them out, But several times Ive rolled up to a cop in uniform driving a random car so Im just on the look out.
3. Im competing for life, theres shitty drivers out there and I dont want to be behind them. If they crash Im stuck behind them, but Ill be in the clear if they cant catch me.
Im very good at how I drive so Ill stick with it.
