US dealers were flashing 335's for a period of time until a few of them came back with suspected blown turbos, had to recall every car sold with flash and put back to stock. Turned out to be a fault not nearly as severe but was still a PR stuff up.
Oh and for those upset about the $11k ACS is charging, I was quoted $8.3k for an MTM (Audi) exhaust today!
