Get a set of used 261M wheels from someone here on the site and pay them extra to ship to you in Dubai. Then have them custom powdercoated whatever you want. You'll still end up probably $1500 under the price of them from BMW.
Cant imagine paying that much for stock wheels. They aren't particularly special, strong, or remotely light weight.
