SCCA Solo Classing for 1-Series
The SEB made a decision about Street Prepared classing for the 1-Series and provisional classing for Stock Class has leaked as well:

1. Street Prepared: The following new listings, effective immediately upon publication, have been recommended by the SPAC
and approved by the SEB:
• BMW 335, 328 (‘06+) BSP
• BMW 135, 128 (‘08+) BSP
So it's B Street Prepared for those that modify with as little as larger width front wheels, camber plates, or rear swaybar.
STOCK CLASS (semi-official rumor)
D-Stock for BMW 135, 128 ('08+)
That's what the Rio Grande Region Solo Director has declared based on a email response from SCCA National Solo Technical.
