I have a question for all the americans.. In sweden we could goto a webpage, use SMS, or telephone to Vägverket (road.. something). Here are all registered swedish cars saved. And i could look up the registration plate nr, and get info about who owns the car, what type of car it is etc. Isnt this something you could do in the US? I mean the number is highly visable at the pictures?
