The only real danger with something like this is the quality of the SS they're using. You've really got no way to know exactly what material they've used utill it's way too late, and they're rusted and leaking.

On the other hand, even if they're the lowest grade stainless you can buy, they're still going to last for years, and at that price you could replace them three times for what the more expensive DPs cost. It's also worth mentioning that there have been reports of one of the more expensive pipes using lower quality materials on their flanges, so it's sort of a crap shoot either way.

If I didn't already have catless DPs on my car, I'd give them a shot.
