Someone here should know how? My car is a N54 so I don't know. Here are some pics of the N55 engine though. I would just tug (up!) on the plastic cover and see what is holding it on. You can always ask your local dealer how it comes off. Tell them you want to change the spark plugs.

I am surprised that I could not find any videos or pics on how to remove the cover. It just be something simple then. It looks like you must remove the top of the airfilter box and cross over pipe. Then I would think there must be some 6mm allen head screws holding teh cover in place like on the N54.
