Have you thought about a carbon rear diffuser? It would look really good on your car. I think that will be my next mod after lowering, something like iCarbon (any 3-fin style as I believe they are out of business now) or a BMWP replica (2-fin), a couple of the eBay ones get good comments.
No problem.

Pro-Kit Springs do indeed lower the ride height from stock. I would say about 1.25 inches front, 1 inch rear.

Yes - I've considered the BMW Performance rear spoiler painted in BSM. I think it looks great on the 1 Series.
