Usually, a bug/tar remover will do the trick
. Just remember to rewax afterwards.
If that doesn't work, it should come out with a final stage polish or the latest nano polish with a finishing pad. I recommend GTechniq P1 - you can hand polish it to a very, very good result.
Remember to wax after!
