Your CA and sales manager at Difeo said you had the deal.
Looks to me like you didn't want to take the word of Difeo and went somewhere else.
I don't think Difeo did anything wrong except not calling you back as promised. (who hasn't had this happen to them with car dealers.)
Your happy...which is good.
No big deal for Difeo...they will sell the car to someone else.
