Yes, there is no big Deal (if you know somebody whos in Coding). The importand thing is, the Speedometer
needs to be brand new(!!!). If you got used one, its possible too, but you need a Freak as a Coding Guy!
My Speedo was used and i bought it pretty cheap... A friend of mine know somebody, and he know sombody ...
