The "Xenon" is BMW's way of saying it is LED equipped. All US Spec 1'ers prior to 2012 have LED taillights standard, thus not needing the required harness/module that was stated with the original LCI Taillights released back in December but was never needed...
These should follow the same circumstances and should be PnP with all existing models prior to 2012.
