From what I gather (since we have no "exclusive" etc in the US), the exclusive options are mostly cosmetic. Nicer, or different leather. Different paint, wheels, etc. So there should be no problem with your front bumper. The only things that would interfere with the bumper would be if the fenders were a different size (doubt it), or if there was something under the bumper that the exclusive models have, but as I said, it's mostly a cosmetic thing so I doubt anything under the bumper would be different.

By the way.. what kind of dealer is this?? They don't know their own car well enough to tell you whether or not a part STRAIGHT FROM BMW will fit on the car? I would get a different dealer, or at least threaten to. They should be looking this up, not you. You're the one giving them money for the bumper and for the installation.
