Don't know how you could go wrong with the BMW polo as there is a sizing guide allowing you to define measurements.

Just back from the US and sizes are similar to ours. The sizing varies from brand to brand just as it does here. Eg. Hugo Boss large is the the same in the US as it is here but 1/2 to 2/3 the price. ( I had a very full bag coming back ). Generally a large T shirt was the same there as here. Same with trousers, for a given brand 32 US is the same as 32 AUS.
In Australia I find that size for size, Country Road is always too big on me whereas Hugo, Scotch and Soda, RL, are perfect.

Macdonalds sizing in the US is something else though - they don't have small, drinks start at medium, which is our large, and increase to rain water tank size.

Try the Cheese Cake Factory at Macy's San Francisco and you won't need to eat again for a week.
