Stripped hub thread. Seeking advice

So I initially installed a set of ECS studs with lug nuts. While torquing down my rear wheels after using this setup for a month or so one of the studs pulled out. As I was torquing that lug it didn't tighten up and I noticed that the stud was pulling out. When I put in a standard lug bolt it torqued up to 90 lbs with no issue.

This concerned me so I pulled the whole set of studs assuming there may be an issue with quality/strength. I put the standard bolts back on and ordered a new set of studs from Motorsports Hardware.

Lo and behold the same thing happened with this set. The standard lug bolt still torques up fine but the stud pulled out without it letting me get up to torque.

Obvious solution is to replace the hub. My question is what are your opinions on an alternate solutions such as Helicoil or Time-Sert or any other options.
