Do you mean the actual launch control and when you floor it from a standstill with TC fully off?

I've tried doing that then getting on the brake and it doesn't work, it cuts the throttle.
I'd like to find a way as well. I know some M3 guys managed to reprogram the DCT so you could do a burnout.
