I have been casually following prices.
I was in contact with 3 buyers who paid under $50K ($48K and up for stock, low mileage, pristine), but that was a while back (six months?). The prices have almost appeared to go back up a bit (due to spring?), so $53K to $55K seems to be the average lately. (One of the for sale ads on here just lowered the asking price from $58K to $55K -- I bet he now finds a buyer).
The problem is you can't really go off asking price, you need to find the buyer and ask what he paid.
