If it's a Friday night, ya, those traffic/parking cops are vultures. I recall a moment when a guy with a Ferrari parked in a non parking location and a cop gave him a ticket. Clearly the kid had too much money so he didn't car so he left it there. The cop said ever half hour ur getting another ticket, I'm gonna stay here to give it to you until you move this car. The kid proceeded to go clubbing and the cop stayed there. By the time I finished watching a movie with my friends, the guy was still there giving out tickets! The Ferrari had 4 pieces of paper on his windshield lol
