You can keep the standard appearance by using the original valve. No need to drill anything, just pop out the restrictor in the valve using a suitable sized punch and put the valve back in line. You must pressure bleed the system afterwards. Dealer won't do this if the car is still under warranty. Should you be concerned that you will have a warranty issue at some time you can put the restrictor back in.
This is one the cheapest and simplest mods you can do.
