Agree with what Squidge said. The sound improvement you get from the BMW PE alone is quite nice and very noticeable while not being over the top. The magnaflow is a good quality exhaust, but will sound different, some say a bit mild even with a full cat-back solution.
There are a few videos out there comparing the two, so have a listen. If money is not a big deal go for the BMW PE.
