Regarding the HALOGEN issue, I've seen perhaps 2-3 people verify that the LCI worked for them as Plug and Play(no harness, no footwell module). And I think you were in a thread that had a discussion on the possibility.
Am I correct???

Yes, it was verified that the LCI tails WORKED with halogen setups.
