Once the mounts are loosened - you will need to shake the engine a few times. Best way is to start and stop the engine a few times. Then tighten the motor mount bolts.
Best way to loosen the mount bolts is from the top. Get a LONG 3/8's ratchet extension. Something like three feet long! Or use several 12" extensions.
