I had a set of group-n proflex dampers on my STI a few years back. Assuming that you're shooting for a full blown multi-adjustable motorsport unit (Proflex doesn't really make stuff for the street), I'd stick with whichever one will be easiest to get set-up and serviced in your area. Ohlins may have a slightly superior product when it comes to the triple and quad adjust circuit dampers, but that advantage is a meaningless without an expert to properly set them up (ie valving, stroke, and spring rate) for your vehicle.
