Props to Schaeffer BMW in Wilmington, NC for an unexpected excellent experience.
I am sure many of you have had this experience. You go to you local dealer and turns out they suck. An inept mix of arrogance and ignorance of their own product.
Then you take a nice drive on a Saturday afternoon with your son or g/f or wife, or all of the above
and happen upon the exact opposite at two different car manufacturer's dealers. How nice is that? That was my experience today at the Subaru/Mitsu dealer (drove teh new STI and drooled over the new EVO X) and a BMW dealer to drive the 135i finally.
