If you have a wider than normal wheel/tire and an offset that is going to put your wheel/tire right up against the strut, the best thing to do if you want to stay lowered is to add a 3-5 mm spacer.

The rear spring is 10" so it's not possible you had it switched. The front 8" spring will not work in the back at all.
