Yes, I believe so. The oil filter housing cap (part
#11427525334) is the same for both
N54 and
N55's according to
RealOEM.com 
Btw... some people also use a rubber strap wrench instead of the Hazet tool. You don't want to over torque the oil filter cap because you can damage the housing over time and the gaskets where it seals up against the head can start to leak. But that when the
"grease monkeys" use waaaay too much force to tighten the oil filter cap!
