Seats.
Wheel weight is always going to be huge though as it is unsprung weight. I shed 40.4 lbs alone when I ditched the runflats and stock wheels.

Having done it the other way, I agree. Though I should be taking care of that in the next week or so.
And on that note, M3 subframe bushings are an absurd upgrade.
