These wheels are made using a method called Flow Form Casting. This is a process which gives the wheel the strength of a forged wheel and in most circumstances an even lighter wheel than your standard cast design.
There is another wheel on the market with the same design weighing in between 25-27lbs each. The Forgestar is obviously a better choice with around a 12lbs weight difference per set. Reducing weight always results in more power to the ground!
