Winter tires start to outperform all season/summer tires around 40 but you will be fine with summer tires as long as the road is dry even at 30. I drove with the stock pilot sport 2 highway speed no problem. You definitely don't want to drive over any amount of snow with the summers tho. You will be sliding every where and have an extremely hard time get moving or stopping.
