I'm not a 1M owner but 135i, but I recently got 10mm spacers both front and rear from H&R and they have no wobbling. Btw I had RS Technik spacers before (5mm) and they wobbled like hell.
My wheels are VR G25 which as you may know is made by the same Rays as TE37SL.
To make sure I have enough threads, I changed my lug nuts to stud conversion kits from Macht Schnell.
Make sure you are going hub centric with your spacers and your wheels match the hubs right.
