This new DSC+ that's being described as being in the 135i is active when you completely disable the DSC (holding down the DSC buttong for more than 5 seconds). The mechanical system will be trying to transfer power, while the electronic one is putting brakes to a slipping wheel, which seems like they could easily mess each other up.
