I am not at all sure that it's OK with BMWFS to modify the car with Dinan parts - because the car can no longer be CPO'ed.

If I remember correctly, there was a notice sent out a while ago that if BMW finds out that you have put Dinan programming on the car that it will no longer be able to be BMW CPO.
