Update
Car is at dealers today for flush of engine oil, they confirmed with Castrol that 10w-60 was incorrect and are putting in 0w-30 or 0w40.
Asked them to verify that they also put in the correct gearbox and diff oil while they have the car.
They also used the wrong oil for another customers 1M and are getting his car in too.
Hopefully they can sort out all my interior rattles in the process!
Will update again when I pick the car up.
