After my brake service job yesteday (Motul RBF600 fluid replacement, inner-to-outer pad swap, clean up of all contact points, and thin coat of copper grease), I noticed that one of my driver side pistons had begun to chip. Dust boots are disintegrated as well, but I dont care as much about that. I used my Dremel to carefully smooth out the chip with very good results, and will start the lapping season like this.

Will be ordering pistons soon. Will email RB to see if that have their piston seal issue sorted out for owners that see freezing weather. If not, will order seals from Zeckhausen, boots and pistons from RB.

Any one know of a good DIY to the 135i caliper rebuild?
