The car is in their lot for couple weeks so you probably won't get more than 1k off (just wide guess). It doesn't hurt to try offer something lower if you are serious
Their cost is probably around 26k to 27k and 1k more for CPO( just rough numbers).
There are not a lot of 2010s around. If 31k is within your budget, you might want to look at 2011.
