I didnt have an issue with shipping. That was great. It was the substandard product that I received (which is OK it happens) but the response I received which should have been "no problem Ill replace it" instead was you can get an alternative product at a discount. If I wanted the other product I would have ordered it in the first place and paid full price, I have no problem paying for what I want. Likewise I expect to get what I paid for as far as quality or quantity goes.
If I EVER send something defective/broken/substandard/etc to a customer I replace it at my cost immediately. No questions!! I expect the same from anyone I do business with.
