Under representation is good for you in negotiations, since the value is less. A CPO for a 1M today has an MSRP of $4k. It was probably about $3.3k back at the time the car was purchased. How did the car end up where it is? That may help you guess at dealers basis and determine a fair price, which again, I put around $56k. A number of cars at various dealers ended up at auction and picked up in other parts of the country by other dealers, typically non BMW, to see what they could do. My experience is these dealers work more from their cost than the supposed market.
