JB3 doesn't get the power that high but it does come close, check out the new intercooler if it adds any hp/torque, i know there's other things that add a small percentage of power that will get you to your goal =)
Just look around the forum I'm sure youll find what you need bc at the moment the other modifcations dont come to mind haha.

I thought the Dinan tune was rated at the crank and not the wheels. I'm pretty sure the JB3 is certainly more power to the wheels than the Dinan but correct me if I'm wrong.
