The 800 number seems to be the way to go. A few days ago it told me the car was in production with a scheduled completion date of 4/5 and that's what happened. I should say however that after listening to the recording again, the message says that it's been 'released to the carrier for delivery to port', so I'd imagine this is where the fun starts. Guess I should just try to forget about it for a while.
