i woild say go with the 128i and the money you save from the difference you can spend on winter tires and rims plus anything extra you want to add to the car. since it will also be your winter car where are you going to use the power of the 135 ( if we had a winter like last winter ) = good luck but you will be up in heavens ....
btw no difference between the 128i and 135i but the rims and the turbo (if you get the M package and the rims i think that will be better than a stock 135 i )
