If you plan to heavily modify your car I think you should do the cosmetic and suspension mods first then prep mods for the tune, then the tune. The main thing I'd do in a different order next time is the dps. I did them early which caused me some issues with BMW when my hpfp went out. Next time I'd do the dps right before the tune. Btw my signature pretty much has my mods in order.

1. Injen, Riss OCC..both easy first diy's
2. Wheels, tires
3. MadDad axleback
4. Kw1, Ar dps, o2 sims, strut bar
5. FMIC, M3 control arms, Quaife
6. chargepipe and dvs
