I would agree with you, but I think your opinion of how the iCarbon looks is skewed because we see it all the time on these forums on "clean" and tastefully modified cars. I'd argue that if we had an equal amount of cars sporting the iCarbon and Hamann lip, you'd be just as likely to argue that the Hamann is cleanest.
